What happens if I cancel my Travel Premium subscription?

If you cancel, you will lose access to premium features at the end of your billing period. You will also lose access to any additional Medical IDs created while using this plan, except for the one associated with the Eirid account holder. However, you will still retain access to the free features provided by the Medical ID plan.

Can Medical IDs bought in Free or Travel Light plans expire?

No, additional Medical IDs bought with these plans will never expire. They can be reused with future trips, but each trip needs to be purchased separately.

How does the Travel Light plan work for a single trip?

The "Travel Light" plan is a one-time payment of $10 per trip and includes all Medical ID features plus additional safety support such as nearby hospitals, recommended vaccines, common risks, and translation of your Medical ID into the local language.

Can I add additional members to my plan?

Yes, you can add additional Medical IDs for family members or group members at an extra cost of $5 per person for the Medical ID and Travel Light plans, while it's unlimited for the Travel Premium plan.
